This is not just about corporate organisations but also applicable to individual. Being courteous when interacting, communicating well and developing identity through relationships. I have come up with this book based on my personal experiences with different brands and in here are things that makes them right. However, it should be noted that branding is a process, interacting with humans that can not be satisfied always but efforts put in by these brands should be acknowledged and bę applied as much as possible.
